Almost everything you do on The TripDoor has a point value attached to it. Once you accumulate enough points, you are able to redeem them with a partner airline for free airline tickets.

It’s a pretty cool program, in our completely unbiased opinion. No need to read the fine print because we don’t have any. All you need to do is contribute genuine, useful content -and in return you’ll earn free airline tickets.

Here’s how it works:

• Sign up for The TripDoor and immediately start earning points
• Populate your profile. Tell us who you are, where you’ve been, and why the heck you travel (as if that question needs an answer)
• Build a TripDoor or contribute to existing The TripDoors. Include pics, reviews, videos, blogs, or whatever you want. It’s your website.
• When you have accumulated 25,000 points on The TripDoor, you can redeem them with our partner airlines for tickets. Check out the conversion table to see how many frequent flier miles you can get from each airline for your points.
• Each action is personally reviewed by a The TripDoor editor. We’ll let you know if your contributions don’t qualify for points. But if you are regularly contributing awesome content, then you have nothing to worry about!
